USS Employers is a site owned and managed by Universities UK, the nominated formal representative for over 340 employers in the Universities Superannuation Scheme.
This website was originally developed to support employers in their communications with staff on the 2017 and 2018 USS valuations. Since then it has been updated with news, information and resources for employers to communicate with staff and students on USS.
Scheme members should direct all queries on USS pensions to their employer.
