Universities UK (UUK) and the Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA) have today published an open letter to staff at institutions affected by the two disputes with UCU over pensions and pay.
The letter sets out why the organisations believe that fair and reasonable outcomes have been reached on both sets of negotiations, and asks UCU members to reconsider whether industrial action is the best means of addressing their concerns.
